Cyclone Bheki played spoilsport during the trip, forcing us to postpone and concentrate our fishing.
So, the weather was pretty rough for these trips around the island, but there were still a few Hawkins bank.
This fantastic team, who came specially from Denmark and Sweden, proved their aptitude for the sea!
In the end, they were rewarded with 2 superb dogtooth tuna weighing 53 and 55.5kg, respectively taking the number 267 and 268 spots on the list of dogs over 50kg caught since the start of our activity.
A lot of time was given over to jigging, despite some good trolling.
As a result, around thirty varieties were caught, including some beautiful red corail trouts, golden hind, amberjacks, lugubris and bluefin trevallies, jobfish, etc. and even a sailfish lost on the jig!
On trolling: mahi mahi, wahoo and yellowfin tuna rewarded the diligence of our fine team.
A big well done to these warriors!
