Our beloved Peter comes for the umpteenth time for 3 different trips: 1x34h and 2x82h. He comes Jean Claude and Aurelien.

Weather conditions are very tonic at the beginning of the season and are upsetting the forecasts. You have to adapt!  But our fishermen friends are warriors and the atmosphere has not been altered by this hazard! In the final, 2 outings of 58 hours and 48 hours on the Eastern Bank as well as 5 days around Rodrigues.

Trolling activity is exceptional, where the 5th central rod had to be removed so that the quadruplets of yellowfin tuna could follow one another without any problem. 35kg the biggest. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen such a festival.

Beautiful wahoos, lures’ thieves – 33 kg the biggest – as well as some dorados.

The few marlins remained…players!

The sea conditions and the omnipresence of sharks are slowing down the jigging ambitions as well as for baiting. A few trevallies, Ignobilis, lugubris and blue are fought. A bull shark about a hundred kilos and several white tip sharks between 60 and 80 kg are released
