This highly BGFCF member decided to come back after 10 years. Good go Jean Pierre! On 07th January at 11.00 AM we live for a 28h, heading the Eastern Bank. Night was short and without success as concerns xiphias… but we caught our very first “brow dusky shark” Carcharhinus obscurus about 60kg.
Jean Pierre will then catch a dogtooth tuna of 55.5kg, the 218th over 50kg aboard Black Marlin, as well as 2 blue marlins on trolling more tired than him.
We preferred keeping Jean Pierre! Two nice yellowfin tunas of 38 and 29kg will complete this trip with dorados and wahoos. Do not wait 10 more years to come back Jean Pierre!
