Weather conditions were nice for this 89hours trip on the Hawkins Bank. Trolling activity is excellent: 34 pieces of yellowfin tunas (biggest of 27kg), 23 wahoos (24kg for the biggest) and 2 black marlins of about 110kg and 120kg caught by Pierre standing up. Activity is less good jigging and baiting: 8 doggies including 1 of 56.5kg caught by Marc (the 203th over 50kg aboard Black Marlin) 9 jobfish including 1 of 14kg, 2 lugubris trevallies and 2 small sharks… If quite a few teams have tackle overload, this Poitevin Team was overload with local products. The trip score could be resumed this way: an excellent atmosphere, lots of pieces of fish, very nice sunburns and for each of them: 3kg overweight!
