These 4 friends came to have fun and rest, fishing without spending more than a night aboard.

From the very first day Sebastien (for his very first tropical fishing trip) has done really well with a 83kg doggy, baiting. Beginners’ luck once again! This is the 6^th dogtooth tuna over 80 kg but also the 214^th over 50kg aboard Black Marlin. The 3 other anglers simply catch smaller wahoos and doggies.

The 2^nd day will not go down in history with some wahoos, dorados, yellowfin tunas and rainbow runners. However, Axel will brighten the 3^rd day; with a 89kg dogtooth tuna baiting, which is also the 4^th biggest doggy aboard Black Marlin.

The 4^th day caught nice doggies of 46, 35 and 25kg. The sea is growing up the cyclone BANSI is getting closer and shortens the fishing trip. We do not know why the doggies had this frenzy, although trolling only brought a few wahoos, dorados, small yellowfin tunas and nice rainbow runners (4.5kg).

Conclusion: Even around Rodrigues, there are very big doogies!
