The weather was fine at the start, but unfortunately deteriorated at the end for this 82h eastern bank with this French family made up of Victor, Franck and Rodolphe.

The climb up Marlin boulevard gave us another memorable rush from a large marlin, which was lost after just a few minutes.

On the other hand, we had some very good jigging right from the start with a good number of trevallies, big jobfish and a magnificent GT. No fewer than 22 varieties in all!

A few nice dogtooth tuna were also reeled in despite the incredible omnipresence of sharks. In fact, a good proportion of the fish hit never made it to the boat, resulting in some memorable bites and fights.

Trolling activity was reduced, but that didn’t dampen the spirits or the perseverance of our anglers!
