Pierre, Michel, Tonio & Miguel
A calm sea for this first part on the Eastern Bank where only small fish (19kg the biggest wahoo, 14kg the largest yellow tuna), dorados, trevallies, dogtooth tuna, jobfish, red snapper, and a lot of rainbow runners are caught.
The second part will happen on Marlin’s Bd. Tonio specifies that he will only return with 5 flags… Very optimistic the boy! We haven’t made a single marlin within 5 days and there are only 3 days left. The sea is good, without oil!
Well… 3 blue marlins will be taken on the way up and a double strike of sailfish on the way back… Congrats… Tonio! Five rostrums, five flags. This second bank is the opposite of the 1st one, not much in small fish, whether it is trolling, jigging or baiting. We focus on the rostrum. 2 large black marlin will be lost in catalina fishing.
In the end, a nice stay with 27 different species.
